For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. These pants were too big for me at my waist/a high rise but fit me lower down towards my hips at a low-mid rise. They best fit size 2X, and can also fit size XL worn with a loose baggy fit lower down towards hips. :)
